Monday's work day

Nothing too free at work....newspapers and coupons and some nice un-used grocery bags that are paper. I decided to quit the newspaper route I have today. I decided with gas going up so much and my time being so valuable to me...I really don't like doing it. I would rather get more frugal in my life. So the deed is done. I have to deliver for 4 more weeks then I am finished.

My son's car had to go in the shop...the back window is stuck and not in the window groove.....something electrical. I got a free rental from the guy who is fixing it. I hope it is a cheap fix...ha ha.

Nothing else to report. I did get a check from my ex for $480.....it is a re-inbursement from some college expenses for my son. I will either save it or use to pay for bills.

    I am very orderly with things as far as finances and my ex. He is the executor of our kids college accounts...so we tap into that account for certain agreed upon expenses. We have a mutual trust between us as far as being responsible with the kids money for college. So far so good. I guess we feel that is an area to be mature and "grown up" about.....even thru a divorce. No sense in getting ugly with the kids' school money.

    If you dislike a job I say leave it. Right now I am starting to be disgusted with my job and because of my disgust I am less productive...which I am not proud of
    I am also glad that the ex is keeping up with his share, it is tough out there to be a single parent

    Yes I quit because gas is too expensive and in the three years we have done it they have not increased the pay one penny. So I feel like that it is better to cut back in an area in my life money wise....than keep doing something I am done with.
